Donald Trump on Thursday briefly broke from answering a filibuster-related question from Real America’s Voice correspondent Brian Glenn to take a swipe at Glenn’s fiancée, former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.).

The president paused mid-answer and pointed Glenn out to the room.

“You know, you act so good. I love this guy. He’s a great guy,” he said.

Then Trump added: “Even though I don’t love his girlfriend too much.”

The remark prompted laughter from those in attendance.

“I won’t tell you who the girlfriend is,” Trump continued. “But I like him. And I’ve always liked him. It’s great that he hasn’t changed.”

Trump then returned to answering the question.

Greene and Glenn announced their engagement in December.

While Glenn appears to remain in Trump’s good graces, the president has recently turned on Greene, calling her “deranged” after she broke with him on several issues, pushing to release all documents related to the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and opposing his decisions on the Iran war.
