16 Celebs Who Admitted To Getting Facelifts (And How They Look Now)

I had no idea you could overdo it with fillers so badly, you end up needing a facelift... As a staff writer at BuzzFeed, I write about all things celeb and pop culture. Alongside the facelift, she had the outer corners of her lips lifted, a temporal brow lift, her forehead and temples repositioned "back to where they used to be," and "a very minor and conservative upper blepharoplasty." Her surgeon also took fat from her thighs and put a thin layer under her face and neck skin. She continued, "But I would want to know what other women are doing. Back when I had my breast implants done in the '90s, we just weren't open about that stuff. In a way, I think it's good to be private. But in a way, I think it's good to be open and honest — especially with other women that are my age and all of us growing up in the '90s together, sharing information and being able to say, 'Well, this is what I did.' It's not just serums. It's not just eating right and working out and doing all these lasers and stuff like that." She continued, "So I had one eye that was just saggy, and in photos it looked closed. One looked open; one looked closed. And I was like, 'I hate this,' and it was bothering me. And Jason, of course, is like, 'Yeah, you need to get that fixed … and while you're at it, you need to do this, this, this, and this,' so I did it." McKenzie said, "When [my husband, Patrick Tatopoulos, and I] were driving home, I was shocked because I remember looking forward at the cars ahead of me, and all of a sudden, I could see sky above me that I couldn't see before. Because the filler was so heavy in my brow, I couldn't see. And it's been amazing that now I can see so much more in my peripheral that I couldn't see before. And so now it's like, 'Oh my God, there's life around me. I can see.' ... Yes, I went down the slippery slope, but you know what? I do take responsibility that I continued down that slippery slope. And I feel very blessed, and so lucky that Dr. Nassif helped me regain this old McKenzie back, if you will. I don't want to say old McKenzie, but this McKenzie that once was. And I just feel so lucky to be back to where I was and not feeling self-conscious about this bulge on my eye, or this big heavy jaw, or these thick temples. I just feel great — I feel so vibrant again."
