There are a lot of new and returning shows to check out this spring, including the final season of "The Boys," a new "XO, Kitty" season featuring Lana Condor as Lara Jean, the return of "Euphoria," and more.

As a Senior Talent Booker and Producer at BuzzFeed, you can typically catch me flailing about the buzziest TV shows and movies.

This list does not include shows that are in the middle of their current seasons, like The Pitt, Outlander, Love Story, Paradise, Memory of a Killer, High Potential, Grey's Anatomy, 9-1-1, Abbott Elementary, Ghosts, and more. The highly anticipated (and long-awaited) fifth and final season of The Boys kicks off this spring. Homelander (Antony Starr) is making the world his own, which means his erratic and egomaniacal whims are something everyone is learning to deal with. As for The Boys, Hughie (Jack Quaid), Mother's Milk (Laz Alonso), and Frenchie (Tomer Capone) are imprisoned in a "Freedom Camp," while Annie (Erin Moriarty) struggles to mount a resistance against the Supes. Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara) is nowhere to be found, and when Butcher (Karl Urban) reappears, he's willing to use a virus to wipe all Supes off the map for good. He sets in motion a chain of events that'll forever change The Boys. Daveed Diggs joins the cast for the final season. And, Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins are in this season, too, thus setting up a Supernatural reunion with Padalecki, Collins, Jensen Ackles, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and creator Eric Kripke.

When it returns: April 8 on Prime Video (episodes air weekly)

Creator Lee Sung Jin returns with a new cast for the second installment of BEEF. This time around, newly engaged couple Ashley (Cailee Spaeny) and Austin (Charles Melton) work as lower-level staff at a fancy country club. Suddenly, they witness an alarming fight between their boss and his wife. Now, they have somehow ended up entangled in the unraveling marriage between Joshua (Oscar Isaac) and Lindsay (Carey Mulligan). These two different couples are now on a collision course as they vie for the approval of the elitist club's billionaire owner, Chairwoman Park (Youn Yuh-jung), who is also managing her own scandal involving her second husband (Song Kang-ho).

Starring: Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Cailee Spaeny, Charles Melton, Youn Yuh-jung, Song Kang-ho, and more

Twelve years after Season 2, Lisa Kudrow returns as the hilarious Valerie Cherish in this beloved (and somehow still underrated) comedy series. The third and final season of The Comeback continues to follow Valerie Cherish, a B-list actor who originally found fame on a hit sitcom in the early '90s. Now, she's just trying to reinvent herself and hang on to the little bit of fame she still has. Kudrow is once again joined by Dan Bucatinsky, Laura Silverman, and Damian Young from the previous two seasons. The Comeback Season 3 also stars Tim Bagley, Matt Cook, Jack O’Brien, Ella Stiller, John Early, Barry Shabaka Henley, Abbi Jacobson, Tony Macht, Brittany O’Grady, Zane Phillips, Julian Stern, and Andrew Scott.

When it returns: March 22 on HBO and HBO Max (episodes air weekly)

After Season 1 was a smashing success, Jury Duty returns with Jury Duty Presents: The Company Retreat. This documentary-style second season will follow a corporate offsite event at a family-owned hot sauce company. As the founder prepares to step down, this getaway turns into a clash of corporate ambition.

XO, Kitty kicks off Season 3 with Kitty (Anna Cathcart) starting her senior year at K.I.S.S., and she's got a "senior sunset list" of everything she wants to do before her time at school is over. From figuring out where she wants to go to college to hopefully making things official with Min-ho (Sang Heon Lee), Kitty has a lot on her plate. But, don't worry, there's still time for her matchmaking skills to be put to good use, which sometimes can make things a tad chaotic. This season, Lana Condor returns as Lara Jean in her first appearance since the final To All the Boys movie, to hopefully help Kitty sort out her relationship drama and remind her to follow her heart.

From Bill Lawrence and the team behind shows like Shrinking and Ted Lasso, this new comedy series follows Greg Russo, a well-known author, who is just trying to make sure his daughter Katie (Charly Clive) is doing okay after her marriage begins to crumble. To keep a closer eye on her, Greg starts working at the college where she also works. Now, Greg is determined to help Katie's life, while also learning a thing or two about his young students, who adore the character and books he's famous for.

When it premieres: March 8 on HBO and HBO Max (episodes air weekly)

Virgin River is FINALLY back this March, and I've been eagerly awaiting its return. It's my comfort show, after all. This season begins after Jack (Martin Henderson) and Mel's (Alexandra Breckenridge) wedding, and it sounds like newlywed life will take a quick turn toward potential parenthood when they get the news that they might be able to adopt. Elsewhere in Virgin River, Brady (Ben Hollingsworth) and Brie (Zibby Allen) seem to be working their way toward a renewed friendship, while Lizzie (Sarah Dugdale) adjusts to life as a new mom, and Preacher (Colin Lawrence) and Kaia (Kandyse McClure) hit a bump in their relationship.

One of my personal favorite new shows from last year, Your Friends & Neighbors returns with Season 2 this spring. In this new season, Andrew Cooper (Jon Hamm) doubles down on his unlikely life of suburban theft, as he continues to realize he's actually pretty good at leading a double life. However, when a new neighbor threatens to expose what he's really up to, his secrets and family are now at risk. James Marsden joins the cast as the new neighbor in town who might just want a piece of Andrew and Elena's (Aimee Carrero) operation.

When it returns: April 3 on Apple TV (episodes air weekly)

I devoured this show when it hit Netflix late last year, so it's no surprise that I am counting down the days until Season 4. Sadly, this will also be the last season of this surprise hit, so it's very bittersweet. Anyway, when The Way Home returns, Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) is getting ready to graduate high school, while Kat (Chyler Leigh) and Elliot (Evan Williams) are dreaming of taking the next steps in their relationship. While Del (Andie MacDowell) deals with the idea she might be an empty nester again, everyone soon realizes that things continue to change in Port Haven and new secrets, in the past and present, are always coming to the surface.

When it returns: April 19 on Hallmark Channel and Hallmark+ (episodes air weekly)

This action-packed show finally returns with Season 2 in March, as Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and the Straw Hats set sail for the extraordinary Grand Line, a legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder lurk around every corner. As they journey through this unpredictable realm in search of a great treasure, they encounter bizarre islands and several formidable new enemies. Alongside returning cast members, Charithra Chandran and Mikaela Hoover join the main cast as Nefertari Vivi and the voice of Tony Tony Chopper, respectively.

This fan-favorite (and yet somehow still super underrated) sci-fi horror series returns with Season 4, and if you aren't watching FROM yet, you're really missing out. This next season continues to grow the mystery that has made FROM must-watch TV since Season 1. This time around, the closer the residents of the town get to the answers they seek, the more terrifying everything becomes. Who is the Man in Yellow?! And what does he actually want? And will Jade (David Alpay) and Tabitha's (Catalina Sandino Moreno) revelation be the key to finally going home? And how much longer can Boyd (Harold Perrineau) hold everything together? There are so many questions that only lead to more mysterious secrets that everyone will probably wish remained secrets.

When it returns: April 19 on MGM+ (episodes air weekly)

Bait follows Shah Latif (Riz Ahmed), a struggling actor whose last chance to make it big comes in the form of an audition of a lifetime. An audition to be the next James Bond, to be precise. Soon, Shah's life spirals out of control as the show follows him over the course of four wild days as the entire world weighs in on whether he is the right man for the job. So, yes, it's a show poking fun at every British actor being asked if they'd play the next James Bond, and this show blends so many different genres together and is such a great watch.

Starring: Riz Ahmed, Guz Khan, Sheeba Chaddha, Sajid Hasan, Aasiya Shah, Weruche Opia, Ritu Arya, and more

When it premieres: March 25 on Prime Video

Based on Araminta Hall's book of the same name, Imperfect Women follows three friends, Mary (Elisabeth Moss), Eleanor (Kerry Washington), and Nancy (Kate Mara), who have been friends for years. However, while their friendship might seem normal on the surface, there are decades of secrets buried between them. When Nancy suddenly turns up dead, all eyes are now on Mary and Eleanor, and what secrets they were all keeping from each other and the world. It's kind of giving adult Pretty Little Liars, and I will be seated for it.

Starring: Elisabeth Moss, Kerry Washington, Kate Mara, Joel Kinnaman, Corey Stoll, Leslie Odom Jr., and more

When it premieres: March 18 on Apple TV (episodes air weekly)

Widow's Bay tells the story of the quaint town of, well, Widow's Bay, which is nestled 40 miles off the coast of New England. While it seems picture-perfect on paper, not everything is what it seems. Mayor Tom Loftis (Matthew Rhys) is desperate to revive his struggling community. But, he must contend with a community that is stuck in the past and a superstition that the island is cursed. When tourists start coming to the town, Loftis thinks he's finally done it, but turns out the locals were right, and after decades of calm, old stories begin to resurface that might make Widow's Bay a less attractive vacation destination.

Starring: Matthew Rhys, Kate O'Flynn, Stephen Root, Kingston Rumi Southwick, and more

When it premieres: April 29 on Apple TV (episodes air weekly)

This beloved and incredible animated series returns with its fourth season soon, and things are only getting more complicated for Mark (Steven Yeun). Invincible Season 4 will introduce Lee Pace's Grand Regent Thragg, which, like, if you thought Mark had a hard time before, just get ready for what Thragg unleashes. After barely surviving his encounter with Conquest (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), Mark might need more help than he originally thought. With the world needing to see that the Guardians are still fighting, Mark's anger and trauma might just get the better of him this time.

When it returns: March 18 on Prime Video (episodes air weekly)

Kate Hudson and the Running Point team return for the second season of this Mindy Kaling comedy series. This time around, Isla Gordon (Hudson) is no longer the surprise choice to lead the LA Waves; she's now the one everyone is watching. With the franchise finally rebounding after last year's scandal, Isla is determined to prove she's not just keeping things good for her brother Cam's (Justin Theroux) return. With Cam quietly maneuvering behind the scenes to reclaim his job, every misstep Isla makes is ammunition for him. Will Isla keep the team going strong and prove she's the best person for the job? Or will she crack under the pressure?

The Madison is the newest series from Taylor Sheridan and follows the Clyburn family, who have relocated from New York City to the Madison River valley of Southwest Montana after a family tragedy. It's amongst the wildlife of Montana that Stacy (Michelle Pfeiffer), Preston (Kurt Russell), and the Clyburn family try to piece their lives back together while dealing with their grief. Probably one of the more intimate shows in the Sheridan TV universe, Pfeiffer and Russell really shine in this one.

Starring: Michelle Pfeiffer, Kurt Russell, Patrick J. Adams, Elle Chapman, Matthew Fox, Beau Garrett, Amiah Miller, Alaina Pollack, Ben Schnetzer, Kevin Zegers, Rebecca Spence, Will Arnett, Danielle Vasinova, and more

When it premieres: March 14 on Paramount+ (episodes air weekly)

Based on Patricia Cornwell's bestselling book series, Nicole Kidman stars as Dr. Kay Scarpetta, an unrelenting medical examiner determined to be the voice of the victims. With her unyielding determination to unmask a serial killer and prove that her career-making case from 28 years prior wasn't her undoing, Scarpetta will do anything to prove herself and show just how good she is at this job. Scarpetta goes beyond the typical case-of-the-week format and dives into the psychological complexities of both the perpetrators and the investigators. And, no surprise, it's another sensational performance from Kidman.
