I LOVE this style of Birks! My first pair lasted a good six years of HEAVY use. Considering that I wore these on several 7–10-day vacations where I'd be walking miles each day, I'm genuinely surprised they didn't wear out sooner. What I love the most, though? I recently added a pair of these to my summer footwear collection (in purple!), and they are super comfy. The sole of the sandal feels like it was designed to mold to my foot – plus, the toe thong isn't as uncomfortable as so many other flip-flops I've tried (probably because it's made from memory foam)! I've mostly just been wearing them for neighborhood walks and gardening so far, but I can't wait to sport them at the beach and around town. Just be sure to size up if you're a half size or have wider feet.
