She came in to go over drawings of the costume for some performance and was very rude to the staff. Basically, she only interacted with the owner. When she came back for her fitting, she complained about everything. She didn’t like this or that and wanted a complete rework of the garment she eventually picked out. She came back a third time and said she hated it. Mind you, the trying-on area is in front of the sewing room, so everybody who worked hard on it got to hear everything.
