Your feet carry you through a lot — so let’s make sure they get the love they deserve.

As a resident writer on the BuzzFeed Shopping team, I can't believe that I get to search the internet to help you find the best, most unique, life-changing products for my job.

Check out a TikTok of the foot masks in action.

BuzzFeed Shopping writer Emma Lord has this to say about them: "I'm a long-ish distance runner, and these were certainly an interesting experience for my feet! You slide them on and, after a few minutes, feel a tingling, mildly burning (in a good way) sensation. It doesn't quite numb your feet, but it relaxes them. I kept them on for 30 minutes and then toweled my feet off, and the tingling sensation slowly faded over the next 30 minutes. After that, my feet felt very refreshed and relaxed at a time of day when they're usually aching from all the miles I put in. The whole thing was a mess-free, easy process, and I will definitely keep them on hand for longer run days!"

Promising review: "Omg this soothed my feet after a long day of walking. My poor feet were so rejuvenated afterward and felt so nice and soft. Even my husband's feet felt so soothed afterward. Highly recommend, great value, so easy to put on, and the adhesive sticks really well. Very durable, doesn't break off while using them, which is a plus!" —Dianapze

Folks who have hammer toe, bunions and plantar fasciitis swear by these!

Promising review: "It really does feel good to get your toes spread apart. It is, in fact, therapeutic and relaxing. I'm happy, and I think I may get some as gifts. They are easy to clean and pretty too! I am a tired mama, and I will take all the self-care hacks I can get! Easy to put on. They also stay put even when doing little foot stretching movements like curling your toes." —Amazon Customer

They may also help with foot pain by helping reduce inflammation and improving circulation, according to Cleveland Clinic.

Promising review: "These help my plantar fasciitis pain more than anything else I’ve tried! I use them with an orthopedic shoe, but they make regular shoes bearable, too. I bought one pair and was so pleased with them, I bought two more the next week." —Jennifer Watts

BuzzFeed Shopping writer, Emma Lord, recommends these *very* highly: "I have been buying a new set of these every year since 2020, and they have kept my VERY blister- and chafing-prone feet snug and moisture-wicked on every single long run. They've essentially phased out any of my other socks, because they're extremely comfortable to boot. As a runner who often clocks in 25+ miles a week and often in some "yikes!" summer heat, I cannot recommend these socks enough."

Promising review: "These socks are designed perfectly for running socks. The bottoms and toes are thick, the tops are thin, the lower heel is reinforced, the heel top has a tab that provides extra cushion on the Achilles, where some shoes like to wear into you. The size is true to fit.  I've purchased many packs of these, and they are the best I've tried." —SmokeyBear

Promising reviews: "These slides are — and I mean this in the best way — marshmallows that mold to your individual feet. They are SOOOO comfortable. The material in every part is molded and squishy, so there are no unexpected parts that dig into your skin or chafe. But they’re structured enough to provide some support for your arches. 10/10 highly recommend!" —Carrie B

"Love these. I’ve been wearing them for a few months now, and I feel like they have held up great. Will definitely be buying again. No blisters and lightweight." —Sprad

They have the APMA Seal of Acceptance, so you know they're legit!

Promising review: "Amazingly comfortable! I have a hard time wearing flip-flops because they give little or no support. However, these flip-flops are so supportive that I walked four miles in them without even thinking about my feet!" —Amazon Customer

Fellow BuzzFeed writer Amanda Davis swears by this spray. Check out her Foot Matters Shoe Stretch spray review (#46) for more information!

Promising review: "I purchased my second pair of Dr. Martens three days before I was headed to New Orleans. Seemed like a mistake, right? Maybe it would have been if I didn't have this spray. I used it once and then walked around the house for a bit with some thick socks on. Then I sprayed the boots again, put beer cans inside them, and let them sit overnight. I wore my NEW boots all over three different airports (thanks to layovers) and all over New Orleans. These were the only boots I packed, too. It could have ended up a nightmare, but it didn't! My boots still have a little way to go to be fully broken in, but they're definitely ahead of schedule when I compare them to my first pair. I will use this spray on every pair of boots from now to forever." —lauren

Promising review: "I have very narrow heels so finding shoes that do not slip is incredibly difficult. However, since I have purchased the Pedag Stop Padded Leather Heel Grips, I have been able to wear all of my shoes. The heel grips are thick enough to keep my shoes from slipping in the back but not too thick to where it makes my shoes feel smaller. Also, the heel grips are made out of a super soft leather. Even through having sweaty shoes, the heel grips have stayed stuck to the back part of the shoe. Each set of heel grips is wrapped individually so it is easy to store the extras that I am saving for shoes in the future." —Derek

Read more about how a lack of arch support can aggravate plantar fasciitis at the American Podiatric Medical Association.

Promising review: "These are comfortable and provide good arch support. They a flannel-like lining on the inside that is very comfy. I have very flat feet and suffer from tendonitis, and I’m on my feet all day. I wore these for a couple of days (I walked 5 miles each day), and I felt like this helped to support my arches, which helped relieve my ankle pain and back pain. I can see myself using this while at home since we don’t wear shoes in the house here, just so I can get some arch supports. Great product. Thank you!" —Taratomo

Promising review: "From the moment I slipped them on, I could feel the difference. The suede is soft and high-quality, and the cork footbed molds beautifully to my feet. The arch support is outstanding — something I usually only find in much more expensive brands. I love that these clogs work for both men and women, and the design is that perfect mix of simple, stylish, and practical. They’re incredibly lightweight, and the interior feels cushioned without being bulky. I’ve worn them around the house, on quick errands, and even for long shifts on my feet, no soreness at all. If you’re looking for comfort, support, and great craftsmanship, these “potato shoes” are a total winner. I’m already planning to grab a second pair in another color. Highly recommend!" —GastonPartyof4

Promising review: "I bought these sandals before a three-week trip in Europe; I didn't want to pay for Birks but did want something in a similar style with good arch support. I was a little skeptical about the low price but gave them a shot...and they were the MOST comfortable sandals I've ever owned. I walked over 120 miles in them in three weeks on our trip and never once had foot pain. They broke in so quickly and were very supportive from the get-go — and still are! Highly recommend." —Han Lin

NatraCure is a small biz that creates products to help with body aches.

Promising review: "This is a great ice pack kit. It holds the ice pack firmly in place against the needed area, and you can put it on as loosely or as tightly as you like. It is only good for the ankle, wrist, or foot as the wrap is just the right size for these applications. I used it for a sprained ankle/ foot, and it was very helpful. The ice pack is removable and doesn't take up much room in the freezer either. After being frozen, the ice pack keeps cool for about 20 minutes, which is a perfect ice application time. I plan to buy a second one!" —KnockKnock

BodyGlide is a small business that specializes in chafe-preventing personal care products.

Promising review: "Wow. I took this on vacation, during which we walked about 20,000 steps daily. And, of course, my shoes begin to rub against parts of my feet, terribly. But I smeared this on, and it was amazing. I did have to reapply a few times a day, in public, but I highly recommend this!! I used it on my toes, ankle area, etc., and my feet felt great (normal)." —Y.

Get it from Amazon for $8.99 (also available in a gift set).

Promising review: "I bought these shoes a couple of years ago before a river hike. UM THESE ARE AWESOME. These shoes feel like socks but with enough of a sole that you can walk on gravel with no problem. It really is like walking barefoot. Also, these are the only water shoes that I have worn that do NOT let a bunch of debris into the shoe, making you constantly have to take it off to empty it or just deal with the irritant. You can play on the beach with minimal sand stuck between your toes. Thoroughly impressed by that. So with that, I do recommend if you are a half size to size down so they are snug, otherwise the sock-like ability to keep stuff out might not work so well." —Samantha Lindsay

Get it from Amazon for $9.98+ (available in seven sizes and 41 colors).

Promising reviews: "These are my new favorite shoes. I'm over 40 with tired, sore feet, and these are sooo comfortable and stylish enough for me to still have a lil' flavor in my style!! I own two colors (gray suede and black python), and now I want them all!! Worth the money. True to size for me." —Karisa

"Travel tested and approved — LOVE!! My hairdresser friend recommended these since she’s always on her feet. They were so reasonable, so I ordered them for my South Africa honeymoon trip. They were INCREDIBLE!!! My feet never hurt, and I walked a ton of miles in them. They also went with a ton of outfits, so I was very happy!!! I highly recommend!" —Leah Gwin Hoefling

Get them from Amazon for $39.99+ (available in sizes 4–14, narrow, wide, and extra-wide, and 14 designs).

Promising review: "I purchased this foot massager after reading an article on CNN about the best foot massagers out there. This is the best $68 I’ve ever spent! I have just about every foot problem known to (wo)man — plantar fasciitis, a bone spur, old scar tissue from a surgery, adhesions, high arches, and the list goes on and on. Yes, this foot massager feels awesome when using it. But I also think it has improved the overall crappiness of my feet — meaning they are now less crappy! They feel better in every way, and they don’t fatigue as easily throughout the day. I stand nearly all day at work, work out daily, and am hard on my feet, and this massager is a welcome treatment when I get home from the gym/work. My only complaint is that due to how high my arches are, that portion of my feet really does not feel the rollers at all. An option for the rollers to roll ‘up’ higher would help. Multiple friends and family members have since purchased this after trying mine out. Buy it now – you will not regret it!" —KNazz

Get it from Amazon for $86.99+ (available in three colors and two sizes).

Promising review: "I love to come home after a long day on my feet and just put my feet into this foot bath. Love the vibration. It feels so good. Highly recommended." —ziggy

You could even take it to the beach with you so you can wash off all that sand on your feet before you get into the car!

Promising review: "This is almost too cute to be a foot bath. I gave it to my mom as a gift, and she loves it! It's a good size and sturdy, and easily folds back up into a cute bag. I love the sunflower pattern, and the inside is a nice gray material. This is easy to use. It's a great stocking stuffer or start to creating a spa gift." —Olive's Opinions

Promising reviews: "Love these! Super cold and long lasting. Easy to slip on as well. Only downside, I would wear a thin pair of socks to avoid frostbite." —KB

"These are great! It feels so good on my foot when it's hurting (plantar fasciitis). I wear a women's size 7.5 shoe and they fit fine but if I wore a large men's size shoe, it would be kinda snug when the slipper is frozen. The front of the foot would probably be okay, but a larger size men's heel may stick out and not get the cooling it needs. These are NOT meant to be walked around in. Just for cooling while sitting." —Susan

Get a pair from Amazon for $24.89+ (available in two colors).

Promising review: "I use this product daily because my feet sweat a lot. It's completely transparent when applied, as long as you shake it before use. Otherwise, it creates a whitish film. It controls perspiration and doesn't dry out the feet. It lasts all day. It doesn't stain socks or shoes. It acts as a deodorant, and a bottle for daily use can last up to two months if used sparingly. It's totally worth it, and its transparent appearance even allows you to wear it in open-toed shoes. It also eliminates bad odors." —Mey

After writing about this a couple of times and feeling pressure from my very dry toesies after showering, I decided to give this a try, and y'all, I'm a convert for LIFE. I am terrible about moisturizing my feet after I shower, but because I live in such a dry climate, it can become v painful if I don't. What I really love about this is the applicator. It makes it so easy to get around my feet evenly. Here's the thing, though — it's not greasy, but it can still be slippery if you're walking around barefoot on the ground right after you put it on. So, I make sure to give it a few minutes to absorb, or I keep my slippers close if I have to get up right after putting it on. But it has truly been a game changer for me. My feet feel so much softer, and the moisture lasts throughout the day! Best under-$10 purchase I've made this year.

Promising review: "This is a really great product. It’s very easy and convenient to use, and I like the stick format because it’s clean and simple to apply. It has a nice, pleasant scent that is not too strong. After using it regularly, my skin, especially on my heels, became much softer and smoother. I’m really happy with the results and overall very satisfied with this product. I highly recommend it." —Zhanna

Promising review: "BEST SANDALS EVER. I wore these sandals every single day on a 16-day European vacation. I was in the water, streets, sand, and even hiking in these shoes and felt nothing but comfort. Being able to wear something transitional between the water and land was perfect for this trip. The adjustable velcro band stayed fully functional and is still as strong as new. These are by far the best sandals I've ever had." —Jackie Beauvaise
