Our AC was busted for a couple of days last summer. So after writing about these a ton, I got one to try, and found it to be very helpful at keeping me cool for at least an hour or two (depending on how hot it was that day). And to boost the cooling effect, I would also layer with a neck fan, which really upped the icy factor. Then, after we got our AC fixed, I would use it whenever I walked my dog to stay cool. I should have gotten more than one, so I always have one ready to go when the one I'm using melts. I plan to get a couple to keep in the freezer this summer in case there are any power outages or issues with the AC again.

Listen, if you're a sweaty sleeper or you live in a warm climate like me (because unfortunately, the desert was the place I could afford to buy a house), I'm telling you, you're gonna want to have like three or four sets of these, so you never have to go a night without them during the warmer months. The fabric is sooooo lightweight and silky on your skin. And as a plus girlie, I love that it's super stretchy and adaptive to my body. It is a tad on the sheer side, but if you go to bed with someone, I don't think they'll be mad at that fact (lol). I just probably wouldn't wear it without a bra to pick up the mail, if you know what I mean. And then, you know, anything that's a bottom with pockets is an automatic add-to-cart for me.
