Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez celebrated the New York Knicks’ epic Game 4 comeback victory over the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals on Wednesday night by dunking on President Donald Trump – without even mentioning his name.

She wrote on X:

THANK YOU TO THE PEOPLE WHO BLESSED MSG TODAY TO GET THE STANK VIBES OUT YOUR SERVICE IS APPRECIATED

Trump was booed and jeered as he attended Game 3 at Madison Square Garden on Monday, and fans blamed him for jinxing the team after the Knicks lost. The Knicks had won 13 in a row before the president turned up.

Following Trump’s visit to the Garden, sports media personality and podcaster Kazeem Famuyide gathered fellow Knicks fans to “cleanse” the arena by burning sage and incense.

“We gotta clean this bih out before Wednesday,” he wrote on X, and later posted an update with footage:

It seemed to work, and Famuyide responded to Ocasio-Cortez’s message of gratitude.

“Got you!!!” he wrote.

Ocasio-Cortez replied:

🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

The Knicks will have a chance to close out the series ― and win their first NBA title since 1973 ― on Saturday in San Antonio.
