Including the rotating car seat that’s a parent’s dream come true.

I'm a Shopping Editor who uses my passion for hitting "add to cart" (and my 8+ years in media) to curate the best products on the web — I'm particularly passionate about finding the best beauty products, which probably stems from my days of working at Lush Cosmetics, where I learned about effective skincare ingredients while getting covered in bath bomb dust every day.

Every month, we round up recommendations from writers and editors across BuzzFeed for products they've tried and love, to help you discover vetted things you might also love. Yes, these are our personal reviews! In our June 2026 edition, we're loving all kinds of smart finds, including a parent-approved car seat, an overnight face mask for glowy skin, and a cuddly blanket that'll make you want to crank the AC so you can snuggle up.

"This is my HOLY GRAIL primer! I use it every time I have a big event or just need my makeup to last more than an hour. As an acne-prone girly, I've tried so many primers to find one that doesn't irritate my skin and actually leaves it looking relatively smooth. This one has yet to let me down! Make sure to wait 30 seconds before applying your foundation to ensure it has fully set, since it does go on a little tacky. Also, ALWAYS PAT IN for best results. I have made the mistake of rubbing it in like other primers, and it doesn't leave the same smooth finish, or it will clump up a little. The cooling gel is also so nice because it makes your skin feel hydrated and helps your makeup not flake off. It is water-based, so I recommend checking your foundation ingredients to ensure it is compatible. The rule of thumb is: Water-based primer goes with water-based foundation, and silicone-based primer goes with silicone-based foundation." —Mariel Guzman

"As a huge Star Wars fan, I was really excited to try this out, but the thing that impressed me most was the new Lego Smart Brick technology. It’s wild how much tech they packed into such a tiny little brick — built-in sensors, lights, sounds, motion detection, and interactive responses all without needing an app or screen. For example, when attached to Luke’s X-Wing, it reacts by creating engine noises, laser sounds, and dynamic lighting as you move it around, which really brings the Lego set to life.

I love that Lego found a way to make play more interactive while keeping the classic, creative Lego experience intact. It's a major evolution of a timeless classic, and the Force is definitely strong with this one." —Crystal Ro

Oh, and it's OEKO-TEX STANDARD certified!

"My mother-in-law gifted me this throw in the beige leopard color when I had my baby, and it basically didn’t leave my lap the entire time I spent in the hospital and recovering at home. It’s super soft, warm, kinda squishy, and, almost two years later, still looks brand new after repeated washings. Washings it needed, btw, because life with a baby means lots of spit-up and other messes — not a trace of any remain. It’s not especially breathable because it’s all synthetic yarn, but it doesn’t feel suffocating, either. Definitely worth it as a gift or gift for yourself!" —Natalie Brown

"As a toddler mom who’s always trying to avoid plastic, especially with food (and knowing it’s not totally avoidable, but we do our best), this plate feels like such a win. The Everyday Plate from Junesday is stainless steel, which I love for durability and safety, paired with a silicone suction base that actually helps keep it in place (a must when your toddler thinks throwing plates is fun). It’s sturdy, a great size, and I like that the plate sections are different sizes (and cool shapes!) Plus, the colors are just beautiful. It doesn’t feel like your typical kid plate.

The brand was started by parents who couldn’t find non-toxic options that worked for real life, and honestly, it shows. Clearly, this was made by parents who truly get it. It’s also made in South Korea and designed in California, which made me feel even better about the quality. And the fact that it’s microwave-safe kind of blew my mind. I haven’t tried that yet, but it’s such a unique feature for stainless steel and makes it feel even more practical. Overall, it’s one of those everyday items that just makes mealtime a little easier, safer, and cuter. A true triple threat." —Crystal Ro

"I've been a bit skeptical of the overnight sheet mask trend that's taken over the beauty world lately. The thought of sleeping in a sheet mask seems like a messy, sensory nightmare. 😩 However, when Anua sent me their K-Pop Demon Hunters collab, I couldn't resist finally trying one out. Surprise, surprise — I LOVED it. The mask is made of a thick ~hydrogel~ material that adheres super well to the skin and actually stayed on my face all night long (yes, I'm a side sleeper and a tosser/turner). Oh, and the outside of the mask is fairly dry to the touch, so no worries about getting the serum on your pillows.

Speaking of, the serum is formulated with collagen to help provide a firmer appearance to your skin and ceramides to support the skin's moisture barrier. After wearing it for eight hours, I found that my skin felt silky smooth and had a ✨ glass-skin glow ✨ that looked dewy and hydrated. I will definitely be using this as part of my nightly routine going forward, especially when I have an event or special occasion coming up when I want to look extra glowy." —Daniel Boan

"I currently have the Cybex Callisto G car seat, and after hearing so many parents rave about the Graco EasyTurn 360 2-in-1 as a more affordable alternative, I was really eager to try it out for myself. It’s definitely become a fan-favorite for a reason — especially since it offers a lot of the same convenience features as premium rotating car seats at basically half the price of the Cybex.

First off, I absolutely love the 360-degree rotating feature. As a parent, anything that saves your back is a huge win, and I’m officially a rotating car seat convert. Being able to turn the seat toward the door makes getting my son in and out so much easier, especially during quick errands or those extra squirmy toddler moments. Installation was also surprisingly straightforward, and I appreciate that it’s designed to grow with your child from infancy through toddlerhood (up to 65 pounds), which makes it feel like a really practical long-term investment.

Another thing I noticed right away compared to the Cybex is the slimmer profile. For families with smaller cars or anyone trying to maximize backseat space, I think that’s a major plus. It still feels really sturdy and secure while taking up less room overall. I also like that the fabrics feel soft and comfortable, and overall, it feels thoughtfully designed for everyday family life.

There are a couple of areas where I think there’s room for improvement. My biggest issue is the handle/lock used to rotate the seat. It’s not the most intuitive design and can feel a bit awkward to use — especially compared to the Cybex. And then, I also noticed that the car seat strap is a bit more exposed compared to the Cybex. Not a huge issue, but my son likes to play with it using his feet while rear-facing, and I wouldn’t want him messing with it too much during rides.

Overall though, I can absolutely see why the Graco EasyTurn 360 has become so popular. For parents wanting the convenience of a rotating car seat at a much more accessible price point, it offers a ton of value and some really thoughtful features." —Crystal Ro

"I hate feeling stinky and sticky after a workout. I dislike using gym showers because I do not want to carry too many things, so I usually go straight home. However, I often stay out longer after the gym, even though I'm still sweaty. With these wipes, I feel much more confident leaving the gym because they wipe away sweat and remove odor from my skin. I also like carrying them on long days when I need to feel refreshed. They feel great on my skin, and one wipe is usually enough for my whole body!" —Brittney Trinh

"As an inaugural member of the Facebook page 'I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE LOOK AT WHAT IM DOIN ON THE COMPUTER!!' I've always been deeply invested in preventing people from seeing my screen or realizing that I'm intently focused on the Wikipedia page for 'Wind.' Enter the Viture Beast XR glasses, the biggest, most private screen I’ve ever had. They're a pair of glasses with micro-OLED displays built into the lenses that mirror whatever device you plug them into via USB-C. I have a 65-inch TV at home. These fit in a sunglasses case and somehow produce a screen three times bigger, up to 174 inches. It's genuinely wild.

I used them with my Switch II, my Steam Deck, and my phone to watch sports, and the picture is incredibly clear and sharp across all of them, and honestly, might have been better than my TV. I also tried them as a second monitor while working on my laptop, and they held up surprisingly well. One of the places they shone the most was on a plane. I basically turned the giant tin can we were flying in into a private movie theater at 30,000 feet. It truly felt like the future.

A couple of things worth knowing going in. If you want to play Switch II, you'll need an external power bank to keep everything running, which can get clunky. I did experience some eye strain after extended use or when playing something with a lot of fast motion and visual blur, though you can adjust the tint on the lenses themselves, which helps a lot. These are also not wireless, so you're always tethered to your device, which can get annoying. But if you're a frequent traveler, a commuter, or just someone whose partner has strong opinions about what's on the TV, these just might be what you're looking for. My fellow brethren of 'I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE LOOK AT WHAT IM DOIN ON THE COMPUTER!!' would be proud." —Dave Stopera

"I’m not a huge fan of having wires all over the place while driving. I sometimes worry about my USB cable getting too hot, wrapping around my gear shift, or getting in the way when I need to change gears quickly. There are also plenty of times when the cable only works at a certain angle, which can be really frustrating while driving. The Ottocast solves this problem really well! I love that it automatically connects when I get into my car, so I do not have to worry about plugging anything in. I also like that there are no wires distracting me while I drive. The Ottocast does almost everything the wired connection does, except charge my phone, while keeping my gear shift area clear and making my car feel cleaner and more minimal." —Brittney Trinh

"I was really excited to try this shirt out for my son, and it's been such a great option for summer. The material is super soft and lightweight, and I love that it's fast-drying — perfect for beach days, pool time, and running around outside. One of my favorite features is the built-in UPF 50 sun protection. Living in SoCal, I'm really conscious about sun protection for my toddler, so I appreciate when kids' clothing is designed with that in mind. I also love the vented back for extra breathability, which is such a thoughtful detail you don't usually see in toddler clothing.

Overall, it's cute, functional, and great for active little kids in warm weather — and the adorable pattern is such a fun bonus because (shocker) Mickey is one of my son's favorites. :)" —Crystal Ro
