Your water bottle, emergency sweater, portable charger and copious amount of snacks can contribute several pounds alone — your bag shouldn’t add to that. Luckily, at only four ounces (that’s the equivalent of about half an iPhone), you’ll barely notice this bag weighs anything at all. Plus, packing it empty in your suitcase will contribute far less weight than a standard backpack. With this thing in tow, you’ll find it a breeze to log even more miles with less weight on your back and shoulders.

On its own, this bag in the 16-liter form measures nine inches wide, six inches deep and 16.5 inches high. That’s enough space to comfortably stuff your essentials for a day trip, while remaining compact enough to, say, fit in an overhead cabin or beneath the seat in front of you on a flight.
