Promising review: "I'll do you all the courtesy of NOT adding a photo or video (You're welcome). This works. Whoever invented the toilet had their heart in the right place, but not their knees. This device mimics proper positioning, and you should get one. That is all. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk." —P.W.

BedJet is a small business that creates climate control bed systems.

Promising review: "Look. I live in Phoenix right now. It gets hotter than hell here. It's disgusting. Sleeping during the summer is a nightmare. It was 90 degrees the other night, and it's not even the worst of the summer. The BedJet actually kept us cool and comfortable all night!!!! It is silent, and it works incredibly. I know it's expensive, but it is worth every penny if you sleep hot or live in a godforsaken place like Phoenix. Other benefits: it was incredibly easy to set up. It fits under my bed, and my comforter hides the tube. It's like it's not even there. The remote is super nifty. And it even CAME WITH BATTERIES. When does that happen these days? I literally don't have a single negative to report. I have already texted my friends and family to spread the gospel of BedJet." —Kaley Repp

BuzzFeed Shopping writer, Emma Lord, recommends these *very* highly: "I have been buying a new set of these every year since 2020, and they have kept my VERY blister- and chafing-prone feet snug and moisture-wicked on every single long run. They've essentially phased out any of my other socks, because they're extremely comfortable to boot. As a runner who often clocks in 25+ miles a week and often in some "yikes!" summer heat, I cannot recommend these socks enough."

Promising review: "These socks are designed perfectly for running socks. The bottoms and toes are thick, the tops are thin, the lower heel is reinforced, the heel top has a tab that provides extra cushion on the Achilles, where some shoes like to wear into you. The size is true to fit.  I've purchased many packs of these, and they are the best I've tried." —SmokeyBear

Promising review: "I used these under my wedding dress recently because we decided to get married in June…in the desert…and heat. Plus, my dress was several layers, so I was afraid I was going to have a heat stroke from walking across the room. Enter: these patches! I put one vertically on the back of my neck (my half-up hairstyle covered the patch well), one on my lower back, and one on each hip under my chub-rub shorts. They stayed on for the whole 45-minute ceremony, the one-hour photo session after, and the entire four-hour reception, and I was able to regulate my temperature despite all the fabric on my dress. Not the usual use for these, but bride's gotta do what a bride's gotta do haha." —AmandaG

Promising review: "This is one of those things that I wish I'd found years earlier. I've suffered from mortifying stress-induced under-boob sweat for most of my adult life. Also, I'm a lifelong Seattle girl who gets upset when it's warmer than 65 degrees outside. So when I stumbled upon this product, I was curious enough to buy a small pack. And yes, I've come back for MORE! For real, I won't put on a bra without one of these liners now. It absorbs all the moisture from heat and stress. And because it's a really soft bamboo/cotton mix, my skin is finally not feeling tortured under there! To the makers of this ingenious life-changing product: thank you, thank you, thank you!" —Niko

Promising review: "I work in a laboratory so I am constantly surrounded by lots of sounds varying in pitch and frequency which can be very overwhelming, especially for someone with noise sensitivities. I have had multiple people recommend these to me, so I decided to give them a try. I so happy I did! When I put these in it feels like I’m coming into my peaceful little bubble. They allow me to have a higher tolerance of noise and have overall reduced my stress and overstimulation of the environment I’m in. It seems like they do a good job at blocking out noises I personally find the most distressing (ie. high pitched, constant noises)." —Makayla

So, I had been told that this blanket was next level in terms of coziness. But even with that warning, I was not prepared for how my body just *melted* into this blanket when I wrapped it around my shoulders. Like for real for real, this level of softness feels like it could only be achieved by magic or sorcery. And it's SO lightweight! I already know this is gonna be my fave blanket to use during the warmer months when I want to snuggle on the couch and have something over me, but obvi don't want it to be heavy and sweaty. I know it's supposed to be for travel, but it's so nice that I don't want it to ever leave my house, lol.

Shaperx is a small business that specializes in supportive, compressive bodysuits in a variety of styles.

Promising reviews: "Comparing this to the Skims bodysuit. The size and fit is accurate for this shapewear and way more comfortable than Skims while still contouring my figure. The price is amazing, and [it] shapes my chest nicely; there is no flattening going on, and no need for a bra because this suit holds them well. Because of the shaping strength, it is a bit hard to get on, but that’s just a plus in my eyes once it’s on. Will be ordering different colors!!!" —Mina

Dear reader, it fits INCREDIBLY. It's COMFY. It's not restricting! I've already purchased more. I love this. 10/10." —Allie Lawler

Found this product, read the reviews, purchased it, and hoped for the best. OMG! It’s HUGE (bigger than I imagined in my head) and SO comfortable and supportive. You don’t sink down to the floor like in a traditional beanbag, as this doesn’t have 'beans' inside. The setup was so easy. Wow, y'all... This blanket truly is a jaw-dropper. Promising reviews: "I wasn't sure what to expect with this neck fan, but I'm a huge fan now. I overheat pretty badly in the Florida humidity, and this fan has been lovely. I've used it on jobs, around the house, or just to cool off after a game of tennis. It has plenty of power, the battery lasts a good amount of time, and honestly, it's a lot better than standing underneath one of our ceiling fans. It works so well my wife wants her own one now. :)" —Nicholas Bath

"I love this fan. I overheat really easily, and it keeps me cool while I am at work. The battery lasts several hours on high and my entire 7–8-hour shift on low. If you have a portable charger, though, you can still use it while it’s plugged in. My only complaint is that the button is easy to press accidentally, so I have unknowingly drained the battery with it sitting in my backpack." —Genieva

Promising review: "These are comfortable and provide good arch support. They a flannel-like lining on the inside that is very comfy. I have very flat feet and suffer from tendonitis, and I’m on my feet all day. I wore these for a couple of days (I walked 5 miles each day), and I felt like this helped to support my arches, which helped relieve my ankle pain and back pain. I can see myself using this while at home since we don’t wear shoes in the house here, just so I can get some arch supports. Great product. Thank you!" —Taratomo

This stuff is used in a lot of high-end salons, too. So, you'll save a lot of coins when you consider all the trips not taken to get professionally waxed. You'll need a heater to warm up the wax — lots of reviewers mention using this one!

Promising reviews: "I don't like shaving my unibrow because I'm lazy and don't want to shave every other day. I used to tweeze all my unibrow hairs one by one; now I use this, which makes life so much easier. What used to take 15 minutes every week now takes one minute. I still tweeze the edges for accuracy, but this helps take out the entire center of the unibrow in one go, which is 90% of the work." —Ammar

"Holy crap. Please listen to this review. This is the best and easiest-to-use wax I have ever tried. It dries super quickly, and when it dries it creates a vacuum seal around the hair. It does not stick to skin in the slightest and cuts the pain down by 75%. I would pay $150 dollars for this stuff because it is so good." —Amanda

Fellow BuzzFeed writer Amanda Davis swears by this spray. Check out her Foot Matters Shoe Stretch spray review (#46) for more information!

Promising review: "I purchased my second pair of Dr. Martens three days before I was headed to New Orleans. Seemed like a mistake, right? Maybe it would have been if I didn't have this spray. I used it once and then walked around the house for a bit with some thick socks on. Then I sprayed the boots again, put beer cans inside them, and let them sit overnight. I wore my NEW boots all over three different airports (thanks to layovers) and all over New Orleans. These were the only boots I packed, too. It could have ended up a nightmare, but it didn't! My boots still have a little way to go to be fully broken in, but they're definitely ahead of schedule when I compare them to my first pair. I will use this spray on every pair of boots from now to forever." —lauren

*And* it comes with a washable cover that has a non-slip backing and handles on the sides for easy portability!

I love to work at coffee shops from time to time since I work remotely. But the one thing that can literally make working there a pain in the butt is the hard, uncomfy seats. When I got to try this similar Purple seat cushion, it made a HUGE difference in how long I was able to handle sitting on the hard chairs there. And it's so soft (but equally supportive) that I actually use it when I'm working at my dining room table too, which is pretty much every day. There's just something so unique about sitting on the gel flex grid that they put inside — it's super cushy, but it also keeps it at a comfortable temp no matter how long you're sitting on it. I've never felt overheated or anything after sitting on it all day. And as someone that's part of the 🍑 big booty brigade 🍑, it's very generous in sizing.

Promising review: "I absolutely love this Purple seat cushion pillow! It’s incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciate that it has two different sides — one firm and one softer — so you can choose what feels best. It provides great lumbar support and has completely relieved my tailbone pain. I can now stand up with ease without that sharp discomfort I used to feel. I truly wish I had bought this sooner — it’s a total game changer and nothing like any other cushion on the market. The material is also amazing; it stays cool and doesn’t give you that hot, sweaty seat feeling. Highly recommend!" —Andrew Velez

Get it from Amazon for $111 (you can also get a complementary back cushion!).

Its portable size also makes it great to bring to the office, on a plane, or anywhere else you might be sitting for long periods of time. Some reviewers note that if you identify as plus size, this might not feel as comfortable. So, here's a larger alternative, too!

Promising review: "I got this as we frequently drive long distances in a straight shot (made the 14-hour trip home from Canada last night, and the trip up there five days prior). I found this to be amazing for my needs (chronic back, hip, and tailbone issues). I am a small person and thought the size was good. Someone much larger may feel it’s too small or doesn’t provide the support they might need. I do have to constantly adjust, but I have to do that in ANY seat. Those are my issues. But I cannot IMAGINE making that trip WITHOUT it! It’s especially nice on bumpy or uneven terrain. It is memory foam, so if it is colder, it will be super firm at first. It does warm up and soften up after a few minutes. I would buy it again with ZERO hesitation!" —Debbie C.

Get it from Amazon for $47.98+ (available in sizes L–XXL, in black or gray and with an airflow or cooling pad).

Check out a TikTok of the foot masks in action.

BuzzFeed Shopping writer Emma Lord has this to say about them: "I'm a long-ish distance runner, and these were certainly an interesting experience for my feet! You slide them on and, after a few minutes, feel a tingling, mildly burning (in a good way) sensation. It doesn't quite numb your feet, but it relaxes them. I kept them on for 30 minutes and then toweled my feet off, and the tingling sensation slowly faded over the next 30 minutes. After that, my feet felt very refreshed and relaxed at a time of day when they're usually aching from all the miles I put in. The whole thing was a mess-free, easy process, and I will definitely keep them on hand for longer run days!"

Promising review: "Very soothing. My husband and l used these on our European vacation, and they definitely felt good on our feet!" —KS2018

Promising review: "Wow. I took this on vacation, during which we walked about 20,000 steps daily. And, of course, my shoes begin to rub against parts of my feet, terribly. But I smeared this on, and it was amazing. I did have to reapply a few times a day, in public, but I highly recommend this!! I used it on my toes, ankle area, etc., and my feet felt great (normal)." —Y.

Promising review: "This is one of my favorite pairs of jeans. I have been looking for something in this fit for some time now. I am usually a 32, and quite curvy, which causes waist gaps in most jeans. So I ordered the 32 and 33. They both fit quite well. I went with the 33 because it’s longer and more roomy around my hips, and gives me the baggy fit I wanted. The cinch waist allowed me to tighten the waist. It really is perfect, and I just ordered this in another color." —Peace

Promising review: "My husband and I have invested in high-end linens over the years because we wanted to try to duplicate our awesome sleep experiences in small European hotels and inns here at home. After trying a number of brands, all of which were well worth the investments, we chanced on Brooklinen sateen sheets and pillow cases. To our delight, they compete very favorably with other brands that are far more costly. I always look for long-staple cotton and moderate thread counts because the right combination always guarantees smoothness and a delightful hand - something that Brooklinen achieves to perfection. We humans, our Siberian cats, and Brooklinen sleep well together every night." —Lindy

Listen, if you're a sweaty sleeper or you live in a warm climate like me (because unfortunately, the desert was the place I could afford to buy a house), I'm telling you, you're gonna want to have like three or four sets of these, so you never have to go a night without them during the warmer months. The fabric is sooooo lightweight and silky on your skin. And as a plus girlie, I love that it's super stretchy and adaptive to my body. It is a tad on the sheer side, but if you go to bed with someone, I don't think they'll be mad at that fact (lol). I just probably wouldn't wear it without a bra to pick up the mail, if you know what I mean. And then, you know, anything that's a bottom with pockets is an automatic add-to-cart for me. But that being said, I wouldn't say the pockets are structured enough to carry a ton of stuff or super heavy stuff — like probs just your phone and some lip balm, your AirPods, or a small snack. But love how comfy they are!

Promising review: "Very soft and comfortable. Breathable for the warmer nights!" —Morgan I

Get it from Tommy John for $99 (originally $110; available in women's sizes XS–XXL and in dove heather or black).

Promising review: "From the moment I slipped them on, I could feel the difference. The suede is soft and high-quality, and the cork footbed molds beautifully to my feet. The arch support is outstanding — something I usually only find in much more expensive brands. I love that these clogs work for both men and women, and the design is that perfect mix of simple, stylish, and practical. They’re incredibly lightweight, and the interior feels cushioned without being bulky. I’ve worn them around the house, on quick errands, and even for long shifts on my feet, no soreness at all. If you’re looking for comfort, support, and great craftsmanship, these “potato shoes” are a total winner. I’m already planning to grab a second pair in another color.
