This is gonna be the year, besties — especially now that you'll have this smart water bottle and financial planner.

Promising review: "I love this smart water bottle! My husband bought it for me when I had surgery for kidney stones. I've always struggled with staying hydrated because I don't often feel thirsty, which led to the surgery. I got it in the matcha green color, which is very nice. This bottle is a lifesaver. It reminds you to drink by using a flashing light on the bottle and a notification from the companion app. The app even helps you determine your daily water goal and lets you set reminder intervals. After you take a sip, the bottle shows you what percentage of your goal you've consumed so far. Did I mention you can choose the light color on your bottle? You can set it to white or a multicolor. I carry this bottle everywhere. It's insulated, so my water stays ice-cold, and it's the perfect size for my car's cup holder. It's also very well-made. The charge port is in the lid, and the battery life is impressive — I've only had to charge it once since I got it, and it still had battery left. I just 'topped it off.' While I use this as a tool to maintain my health, it's also fun to use. It really motivates you to drink, especially if you're not always excited about plain water. I know the price might seem high for a water bottle, but when you consider that a high-quality, non-smart bottle can be expensive too, it feels like a worthy investment." —Objective_Input

Promising review: "I love lists. Usually, I don't use paper calendars because the squares are either too small or too 'timed appointment oriented' for my listy lifestyle. Sometimes, I just need to write down a lot of information on a certain day. This calendar is organized just right. I love that you can start it at any time of the year. The paper quality is really heavy and smooth, so pens don't bleed through. Cuz on the back of each calendar page? More space for lists!" —Sonya W

Promising review: "Love this bedside pocket organizer. The outside pockets hold lots of things like phone, earbuds, charger, medicine. The large pocket is big enough for an iPad or book. I used this while at home recovering form an injury. Would definitely recommend." —Kaleb Booth

Promising review: "I wanted something first and foremost that made delicious coffee. I am an unapologetically lazy coffee snob. Now I have a pretty appliance, can entertain, and can still have a delicious 'single' cup waiting for me when I wake up in the morning. I’ve had mine for a while now and have used it every single day; it’s still as good as new. Absolutely worth the price and the countertop real estate it occupies." —S.G.

Take-n-Slide is a small biz that creates medicine trackers for humans, pets, and more.

Promising review: "I was having trouble remembering if I had taken my medication or not, so I got this to have a tangible reminder. Remembering to toggle the switch when closing the bottle is a lot easier than trying to remember if I've already taken the medication that day, so this has been super helpful. I've recently changed to a new bottle and honestly thought taking these trackers off the old bottle would be hard, but it only took a little bit of pressure, and they popped right off. No sticky residue was left on the old bottle, and the trackers stuck to the new bottle just as well. The reusability of the trackers is a lot better than I was expecting." —Jen

I decided to treat myself to this self-care journal for the new year, and I'm just SO in love with it! The personalization of this journal and how it is built around my birthday and astrology make it extra special for me since I'm an astrology nerd. I'm so looking forward to filling it out, and I think it would make for an amazing gift for a loved one!

Promising review: "I love this item! I saw it originally on TikTok and thought it would be perfect for our bathroom! We have one bathroom upstairs and five people who use it. This cleared up so much counter space for us! There are ventilation holes where the cups go to help make sure they dry properly. The toothpaste dispenser has really been working to get every last drop out of the tube. Would definitely recommend for a family or kids bathroom. There is also a little storage compartment behind the toothpaste that is great for extra brushes, Q-Tips, or flossers." —Sariyah J

You can also switch between pound and kilogram measurements.

Promising reviews: "I cannot imagine how we would have managed a big international trip without this. It saved us so much stress and, I’m sure, surprise charges at the airport." —Potter Freak

"This scale works and was accurate on four flights. The first flight was a test at 46 pounds, and the Delta scales said it was 46 pounds. The next two flights were at 49 pounds, and both United and Delta found it to be 49 pounds. The bag on the fourth flight weighed 49, but the United scale found it to be 48 pounds. Four different airports and scales proved that this scale is a good, low-cost, must-have item for air travel." —Robert

Promising review: "These wrap-it tags are perfect. It beats using tape to identify the cords, especially under my computer desk! After a while, the 'writing' on the tapes starts fading, and it's frustrating having to figure out which is the printer, telephone cable, computer, modem cords, etc. Not sticky, the tags have a velcro inner lining, so it's easy to put on and remove." —K. Lum

And did I mention that it's water-resistant and scratch-proof? So, it's perfect for a corporate baddie or for a fashionista who's always on the go. It also doesn't hurt that it looks verrrrrrrry similar to the $148 Work Tote from Beis in many ways, except for the price.

Promising review: "It’s much more spacious than it looks. It’s very sleek and stylish. I use it as my work bag and find that it looks professional and has enough space for all of my stuff. I carry a laptop, pencil case, two books, makeup bag, water bottle, wallet, lotion, phone and laptop charger, and other small miscellaneous objects. Still plenty of space. And when you carry it, it doesn’t feel bulky or cumbersome." —Su

Here's what BuzzFeed Shopping Editor Maitland Quitmeyer had to say: I have this organizer, and I love it! It holds a good amount of stuff, keeps the dust at bay, and looks much neater than my old organizer, which just had slots with no lid. Because I regularly try a ton of beauty products, I paired it with a set of stacking drawers from another seller, which aren't a perfect match for the shade of green, but look good together on my vanity!

Promising review: "Product arrived quickly and was well packaged. I love how this organizes my beauty products so it’s not all out in the open on my counter anymore. The glass brush holder is the best part; it looks so expensive! Highly satisfied with this purchase!" —SGD1978

Just insert a packet into the apple and replace it every three months!

Bluapple is a small business that creates kitchen products to help eliminate food waste.

Promising review: “If you are a wholesale shopper, you must get this blue apple product. My little cucumbers would go bad in four to five days, but now they stay fresh for two weeks! If you don’t buy produce in bulk because it gets spoiled quickly, get this product with a few air-tight containers, and go shop wholesale, you will save money, and your produce will stay fresh. Two of these apples in a medium-sized container will last three or so months.” —E J HANNA

Get a two-pack from Amazon for $16.99+ (available with refill kits and other accessories).

Promising review: "After trying any number of other 'stay fresh' containers and bags, I can tell you that nothing beats these. I've had peppers, cucumbers, kale, and more last two weeks or more in these things. They're also safe to put in the top rack of your dishwasher. These come in a variety of sizes, and I'm not ashamed to say I have most of them. The one con is that they are a bit bulky and can fill up your fridge fast. The bigger pro, though, is that I'm no longer throwing my hard-earned money down the garbage disposal because I didn't eat the veggies before they spoiled. Get these! You will not be sorry." —Amazon Customer

YouCopia is a woman-owned small business that specializes in home storage solutions.

Promising review: "I have a bad habit of buying reusable water bottles. This one is cute, this one has this feature, this one has that. What resulted was a cluttered cabinet, a ton of water bottles falling on me every time I went to get one, and I was only using the handful right at the front. This is a great solution! It keeps the cupboard organized, and I can see what I have and quickly grab the bottle I need. As a bonus, it also creates a built-in limitation on how many water bottles I can have at any given time. Really recommend." —Miki

So, I got this planner a few years ago and used it religiously until I got into escrow on my home. Then, after moving, I completely forgot about it in the chaos of unpacking. But, as I was cleaning up my office a few months ago, I found it again and got back into it. I not only love that it makes me more conscious of my spending, but the fact that it is undated allows me to pick up right where I left off instead of having to buy a new planner. I also really loved that each week has thoughtful money habit prompts for you to work through as you track your spending. It really makes you think about why you spend money the way you do and if there are any root problems you might want to address that can help you become a better spender. And then it comes with stickers! Overall, I really loved this and would love to buy it again in the future and go through the prompts all over again because I found them to be super insightful!

Promising review: "I pretty much use it for everything. There's even a section to plan for gifts and saving goals! I will be ordering about 30 to have the rest of my life lol I can't live without it now." —Leah

Promising review: "My spouse asked that I look into a product that helps lift a mattress, and she had seen this in an advertisement on TV. This plastic tool aids in lifting a mattress so that sheets can be changed on the mattress. She told me that this product made it easier to lift the mattress and that her hands no longer ached as much as they did without using the product. She is satisfied with the product, and if she is, then I am also. I would order it again." —Thomas Reed

And here are some small scented trash bags, too!

Promising review: "I love this, and I am super excited to have now realized they make a larger size! I enjoy a clean car, and I also enjoy road trips (which come with snacks, drinks, etc) and this trash can has changed my life (in the car at least) for the better. It easily fits behind my console on the floor, it hangs on the seats easily and you can adjust tightness/looseness, or you can just sit it on a seat if you’d like. The lid does not fully close, but keeps the trash in extremely well. There truly is little to no installation, which makes it well worth its price in gold. This trash can is not the largest one they offer (which I didn’t know until I bought another as a gift), but does come in a variety of prints for everyone. I will continue to buy this for every car I own, as a gift, and even just to replace the current one when it gets old. Love, love, love!" —Caron Mershon

Promising review: "This is my favorite label maker by far. With the use of the app, you have so many text options, and printing is fast and easy. Compact and cute, it’s super easy to keep in my desk drawer or purse. A roll of tape lasts a really long time. You can’t beat how easy to use it is, how seamless printing is, the text options, and the portability of this little baby. This is the best label maker under $50." —Jess

Promising review: "We're coming into the winter months, and I already really struggle to get up early, no matter how much sleep I get. Decided to take the plunge and get the Hatch Restore, and wow. Guys, it works. The light is incredibly bright, the volume is much louder than I expected, and the white noise sounds have gotten us into deep sleep quickly. My body is gently waking itself up a few times in the 30-minute sunrise phase, so when the alarm goes off, it feels good to get up and get going. Coming from a mom of three kids ages 4 and under, I was needing to get better about getting up before them to get the day started. This has been a lifesaver. Worth every single dollar." —Jonny Porter

I no longer need my phone for an alarm in my room at night, which improves my sleep and relaxation. The light feature works perfectly as my reading light, and the fun colors that I can choose add a fun ambiance to my room at night. The alarm settings in the morning are reliable and fun. I wake up each morning to a soothing piano riff and a simulation of the sun rising 20 minutes before my alarm goes off." —Sandra L. Cranny

Promising review: "Finally, such a simple product yet very versatile and can work in any bathroom! My challenge has been finding ways to add space to store toiletries and towels in a small rental bathroom with tile-covered walls and little space between the toilet and sink/tub. This was perfect: a tension-style, floor-to-ceiling rod! I purchased the wooden shelf style, which looks stylish and solidly built. This will be easy to take place to place if I move." —MichelleJC

Promising review: "I have been looking for a dishwasher done indicator to use on a stainless steel front (no magnets). This is the BOMB. NO moving parts. No flimsy clips. No tape, glue, or magnets. Simply slip it over the edge of the bottom basket, and you are good. The sturdy clip does not flex, so there is no wear and tear. The action of the washer fills up the tube. DONE. The first time you open the door after washing, tip out the tube, and you are ready again. Hooray...something that works." —MRMACHINE of Raleigh

There's also an option that will hold up your phone, too!

Promising review: "What a simple but ingenious concept. I hate sticky notes all over my desk, but I still put them there! Having them front and center, eye level, makes me acknowledge them more. I address what's on the note faster, and can trash the note after I'm done. Or I use a very hot pink sticky for things I want to be aware of all the time. The eye level thing is key. This is a great product and easy to install." —Kelly in MI

Promising review: "I love this product. I had grown weary of my glasses sliding off my face. It's like I had to choose between them being tight and causing headaches and pain behind my ears, or being comfortable but not functional. I decided to look for a solution. This was a fair price and different options (color-wise,) so I ordered it. They are very comfortable. I can inspect under my bus without my glasses sliding off my face, and don't have to hold them on anymore. They work perfectly. My glasses do not move at all." —Danyelle Brazell

Promising review: "This is the definition of 'product you didn't know you needed because you didn't know it existed.' I was FOREVER pulling the wrong chain on our bedroom ceiling fan. (Want the light off? Oh no...now the fan's on high. Need to change the fan speed? Eek... now you're in the dark.) They're a much better quality than I expected. They're actually quite heavy-duty pull chains, and they add a bit of fun to the decor. (When you notice them — most of the time, who even thinks about a ceiling fan pull chain?) As an added bonus, my infant daughter loves staring at them while I change her diaper or jammies. I tap them to make the chains swing, and it's instant fascination, which helps make my job easier!" —LHD
