Jack Osbourne and wife Aree have announced the birth of their daughter, revealing they have named her Ozzy after his late father, who died eight months ago. In a shared post with Jack's mum Sharon captioned "introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne", the newborn girl is pictured with a bat toy, a nod to a famous episode from Ozzy Sr's life as a rock 'n' roll frontman. Jack, 40, also has another daughter with Aree Gearheart, three-year-old Maple, and three daughters - Pearl Clementine, Andy Rose and Minnie Theodora with ex-wife Lisa Stelly. He revealed his wife was pregnant after leaving the I'm A Celebrity jungle last December, calling the news "a healthy distraction" and "partly healing". Ozzy, who died in July at the age of 76, was recognised with a tribute at the Brit Awards earlier this month. The performance was lead by singer Robbie Williams, who has a long-standing friendship with the Osbourne family. Jack also recently announced alongside Sharon on their podcast that Ozzy's heavy metal and hard rock festival Ozzfest would be returning in 2027. Discussing plans for the festival, Sharon said: "The time to just sit and do nothing has gone and I'm better keeping busy." The festival last ran in 2018 and the Osbournes are hoping to take it to Aston Villa's Villa Park Stadium and to the US as part of the run. The grassroots arts centre announces with "great sadness" that it will shut later this month. The album will also feature Primal Scream, David Gray, Jessie Buckley, Johnny Depp and Kate Moss. Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt announce a new single and world tour. It is billed as Europe's largest country music festival and will be back at the SSE Arena. The family behind the venue say it is "business as usual" at the long-established arts centre.
