Millions are in the path of a powerful coastal storm bearing down on the Northeast.

A blizzard warning remains in effect through late Monday, Feb. 23, for New England and much of the region as the system drops several feet of snow.

Gov. Dan McKee declared a state of emergency and implemented a travel ban in Rhode Island.
